摘要
随着社会的发展,城市中电力的需求也在不断提高,而输配电线路带电作业技术可以更好地完成输配电线路检修的工作。但现有主要带电作业平台更适用于具有平坦、宽阔道路等使用条件的大城市,在城区骨架小、交通不方便的城镇的使用受到各种条件的制约。现有替代简易解决方案施工较不方便,且对作业人员也缺乏足够的安全防护。本文首先对现有带电作业绝缘平台存在的问题进行了研究,其次分析了带电作业绝缘平台的技术难点,最后提出了一种用于特殊地形的带电作业绝缘平台研制解决方案。此带电作业绝缘平台主要由气动绝缘升降系统、绝缘防护栏、安装运输装置3个部分组成。经试验测试和试用,这种带电作业绝缘平台具有环境适应性高、操作方便、防护可靠、作业限制小等优点,适用于地形限制多的地区,同时这种带电作业绝缘平台的价格也远低于绝缘斗臂车等大型设备,具有良好的使用经济性。
With the development of society,the demand for electricity in cities is also increasing,and the live working technology of transmission and distribution lines can better complete the maintenance of transmission and distribution lines.However,the existing main live working platforms are mainly applicable to large cities with flat and wide roads,but their use in cities with small urban skeleton and inconvenient traffic is restricted by various re‐strictions.The existing simple alternative solutions are less convenient to construct and lack of adequate safety pro‐tection for that operators.This paper first analyzes the problems in the existing insulating platforms for live working,and then analyzes the technical difficulties of the platforms.Finally,it puts forward a solution for developing an in‐sulating platform for live working fit for special terrain.According to this solution,the insulating platform for live working is mainly composed of three parts,namely a pneumatic insulation lifting system,an insulation protective fence and an installation and transportation device.Through test and trial,the insulating platform for live working has the advantages of high environmental adaptability,convenient operation,reliable protection,small operation re‐striction and the like.It is suitable for areas with more terrain restrictions.Meanwhile,the price of the insulating platform for live working is far lower than that of an insulation bucket arm vehicle and other large-scale equipment,so the platform is economical.
