房屋建筑工程框架剪力墙结构设计研究

Research on the Structure Design of Frame Shear Wall in Housing Construction Engineering

在房屋建筑工程中,由于框架剪力墙结构能够为建筑物节省更大的空间,并且具有较强的抗侧力刚度,因此被广泛运用在房屋建筑工程的设计中。本文首先分析房屋建筑工程框架剪力墙结构设计需要注意的问题,其次提出房屋建筑工程框架剪力墙结构设计的主要内容,从结构布置、地下结构和地上结构3个方面入手,希望能够为相关设计人员提供帮助,有效提升框架剪力墙结构的设计水平。

In the building construction engineering,because the frame shear wall structure can save more space for the building,and has strong lateral stiffness,it is widely used in the design of building construction engineering.This paper first analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of frame shear wall structures in housing construction projects,and then puts forward the main contents of the design of frame shear wall structures in housing construction projects.Starting from the three aspects of structural layout,underground structures and above ground structures,it is hoped that it can provide help for relevant designers and effectively improve the design level of frame shear wall structures.
