通过对刻蚀下料机流程的分解,总结出产能计算的方法,剖析了制约设备产能的瓶颈问题。该方法帮助我们熟练搭配相关组件,优化设计方案,增加设备产能,提高设备的稳定性和可靠性。
Through flow decomposition of Wet Etching Unloader,a calculation method of productivity is summed up,which can be used to analyze the bottleneck problem restricting equipment productivity.This method helps us proficiently match relevant components,optimize design scheme,increase equipment productivity,and improve stability and reliability of the equipment.
