视觉测量在石墨片自动贴附机中的设计与应用

Design and Application of Visual Measurement in Automatic Graphite Sheet Attachment Machine

结合石墨片自动贴附机的生产工艺流程,介绍了视觉测量的组成以及测量系统的设计过程,论述了视觉测量系统的标定和图像处理方法,并根据实际测量数据,得出了量测重复性和再现性(GR&R)的数据结果,对如何降低量测误差方面有一定的指导作用。

Combining with the production process of automatic graphite sheet attachment machine,the composition of visual measurement and the design process of the measurement system are introduced in this paper,the calibration and image processing methods of the visual measurement system.And according to the actual measurement data,the data results of GR&R(Repeatability and Reproducibility of Measurement)are achieved,which can provide guidance on how to reduce measurement errors.
