摘要
阐述ZC11D-10的10级绝缘电阻表的检定,结果可得其基本误差为3%,符合10.0级,检定合格。根据GUM法对测量结果进行不确定度评定,对各相关分量分析汇总,得到电阻为100MΩ时,U=1.3MΩ(k=2);开路电压为500V时,U=5.8V(k=2)。该结论可为日后的检定校准提供依据。
This paper describes the verification of the 10-level insulation resistance meter of ZC11D-10. The results show that the basic error is 3%, which is in line with the 10.0 level and is qualified. The uncertainty of the measurement results is evaluated according to the GUM method, and the relevant components are analyzed and summarized. When the resistance is 100M Ω, U=1.3M Ω(k=2);When the open-circuit voltage is 500V, U=5.8V(k=2). This conclusion can provide a basis for future verification and calibration.
