基于盖革模式APD的多脉冲激光雷达探测电路的设计

摘要 阐述APD在盖格模式下,对直接探测多个激光脉冲回波信号,分析返回光子数的统计特性,从而计算出目标的距离信息,设计获得准确的最大探测距离的探测电路。 This paper describes that APD can directly detect multiple laser pulse echo signals in the Geiger mode, analyze the statistical characteristics of the number of returned photons, calculate the distance information of the target, and design the detection circuit to obtain the accurate maximum detection distance.
