摘要
阐述三维图像采集技术和参数化建模技术,获取精确的电缆安装空间几何信息,以此设计并制造电缆运动试验平台。通过电缆运动疲劳模拟试验评估电缆使用寿命,为后续飞机活动部位电缆的维修提供分析和解决依据。对未出现故障电缆存在的潜在可靠性问题,能够做到早发现、早预防和早改进。
This paper describes the 3D image acquisition technology and parametric modeling technology to obtain accurate geometric information of cable installation space,and then designs and manufactures the cable motion test platform.The service life of the cable is evaluated through the cable motion fatigue simulation test,which provides analysis and solution basis for the subsequent maintenance of the cable at the moving part of the aircraft.For the potential reliability problems of cables without faults,early detection,early prevention and early improvement can be achieved.
