摘要
阐述一种自动测试系统的框架,该系统框架采用分层结构和模块化,结合IO卡件的测试流程及现有生产技术条件,实现一种可用于IO卡件烧录测试的自动化测试系统。测试系统包含控制软件、信号源测试机箱及相关部件,可配套离线版测试工装或自动化产线使用,实现对待测单板开展烧录、校准和功能测试以及待测成品的完整功能测试。该测试系统的部署实施可以提高生产测试效率,完成重复性劳动的自动化处理,并可同步生成测试报告,实现生产测试数据档案的电子化,从而使企业规模化生产的管理水平和管理质量得到提升。
This paper describes the framework of an automatic test system.The system framework adopts hierarchical structure and modularization,and combines the test process of IO cards and existing production technology conditions to realize an automatic test system that can be used for IO card burning test.The test system includes control software,signal source test box and related components,which can be used with offline test tooling or automatic production line to realize the burning,calibration and functional test of the boards to be tested and the complete functional test of the finished products to be tested.The deployment and implementation of the test system can improve the efficiency of production and testing,complete the automatic processing of repetitive labor,and synchronously generate test reports,and realize the computerization of production and test data files,thus improving the management level and quality of large-scale production of enterprises.
