A Pipe Segment Adjacent Block to Prevent Uplift of Pipe Segments in Shield Tunneling

文章提出了一种抵抗管片上浮的管片邻接块,管片上设置注浆孔一、注浆孔二与凹槽,凹槽内设置密闭、折叠的橡胶袋,橡胶袋上设置注浆嘴,注浆嘴嵌入注浆孔二中;管片邻接块未使用前将橡胶袋压缩、折叠、固定于凹槽中。管片拼装结束后,对管片邻接块的橡胶袋内注入速凝、早强浆液,在管片脱离盾尾时橡胶袋内浆液的凝结强度达到其设计强度,使管片与外部岩土层相互产生荷载传递,减少或杜绝了管片脱离盾尾时管片上浮现象的发生,为从源头解决管片上浮问题提供了新思路。

A segment adjacent block is proposed to resist segment floating.Grouting holesⅠandⅡ,and a groove are installed on the segment.A sealed folded rubber bag is placed in the groove,and a grouting nozzle is attached to the rubber bag and embedded in grouting holeⅡ.The segment adjacent block is uncompressed,folded and fixed in the groove with the front rubber bag.After segment assembly,quick-setting high early-strength grout is injected into the rubber bag of the segment adjacent block.When the segment separates from the shield tail,the strength of the grout in the rubber bag reaches its design strength,enabling load transfer between the segment and the surrounding rock and soil.This reduces or eliminates segment floating when the segment separates from the shield tail,providing a new solution to address the source of the segment floating problem.
