摘要 为改善当前建筑工程造价全过程管理与控制现状,从建筑工程特点出发,分析全过程造价管控的重要性与目标。深入分析管控中预算编制不合理、考量不到位、控制力度不足、细节把控不力等问题,并从引入BIM技术优化配额设计、推行动态控制决策、整合流程工程造价出发优化管控模式,最后探究在决策、设计、招投标、签订施工合同、施工、竣工结算等阶段全过程造价管控的具体策略。 In order to improve the current status of full-process management and control of construction project costs,starting from the characteristics of construction projects,the article analyzes the importance and objectives of full-process cost control and management.It explores in depth issues such as unreasonable budget preparation,inadequate consideration,insufficient control,and lack of detail control in management and control.It proposes optimizing quota design by introducing BIM technology,implementing dynamic control decisions,optimizing the management and control model from the perspective of integrating process engineering costs,and finally investigating specific strategies for full-process cost control and management at stages such as decision-making,design,bidding and tendering,signing construction contracts,construction,and completion settlement.
