高邮市优质食味稻产业发展之前景探求

Development Prospect of High Quality Palatability Rice Industry in Gaoyou City

稻米产业是高邮农业优势主导产业。高邮市优质食味稻产业在种植品种推广、生产技术普及、专业化服务、品牌化创建等方面的发展已取得一定成效,但随着稻米市场竞争加剧,高邮优质食味稻米也面临生产主体规模、标准化生产推行等方面的问题。为此,笔者从加大优质食味稻主体品种推广力度、推广应用优质食味稻米绿色生产技术、推进强化优质稻米品牌创建等方面提出振兴高邮优质食味稻产业的发展思路,以促进当地水稻种植增效、农民增收、生态增绿。

Rice industry is the dominant agricultural industry in Gaoyou City.The development in planting varieties promotion,production technology popularization,specialized services,brand creation and other aspects of high quality palatability rice industry in Gaoyou City has achieved some achievements,but with the intensification of competition in the rice market,Gaoyou high quality palatability rice has to face some problems,such as the scale of the main body of production,the implementation of standardized production and so on.Therefore,the author puts forward the development idea of revitalizing the high quality palatability rice industry in Gaoyou from the aspects of increasing the promotion of the main varieties of high quality palatability rice,popularizing and applying the green production technology of high quality palatability rice,promoting and strengthening the construction of high quality rice brand,so as to promote the local rice planting efficiency,farmers'income and ecological greening.
