基于病害分析的城市路面桥面修缮方案研究

摘要 以上海市某道路(含桥梁段)为例,对一定使用年限后的路桥病害情况进行分析,并针对关键部位的几种修缮方案,进行比选分析。研究结果表明,对于道路段沥青路面修缮,注浆加固方案满足道路结构强度,兼具工程造价低、交通影响小和施工周期短等优点,且对老路的利用程度较高,工程废旧料较少,节能环保效果好;对于桥梁段桥面铺装,UHPC+SMA方案虽然施工期造价较高,封交时间较长,但其能够适应重载交通的需求,抵御车辆启动制动与桥梁纵坡的不良影响,可有效改善钢桥面板的抗疲劳性能,并延长了预期使用年限,降低了全寿命周期的经济成本和环境成本。对于其他非关键性部位病害,常规方案能达到修缮目的,且经济效果良好。 This article takes a road(including bridge section)in Shanghai as an example to analyze the diseases after certain service life,and compares and analyzes several repair schemes for key parts.The research results show that for the asphalt pavement repair scheme in the road section,the grouting reinforcement scheme meets the road structural strength,has the advantages of low engineering cost,small traffic impact and short construction period,and has a high degree of utilization of the old road,less engineering waste materials,and good energy conservation and environmental protection effect;For bridge deck pavement,although the UHPC+SMA scheme has high construction cost and long closure time,it can adapt to heavy traffic demand,resist the adverse effects of vehicle starting braking and bridge longitudinal slope,effectively improve the fatigue resistance of steel bridge deck,extend the expected service life,and reduce the economic cost and environmental cost of the whole life cycle.For other non-critical diseases,the conventional scheme can achieve the purpose of repair and has good economic effect.
