摘要
不定期对桥梁进行安全评估是桥梁正常服役的保障。为了研究某特大桥的通航安全风险和抗撞性能,现针对通航安全风险评估、抗撞性能验算及实际船舶碰撞通航孔的目标超越概率等方面,基于有限元模拟、数据调研和实际勘察相结合的方式,对特大桥的通航安全风险及抗撞性能进行了研究。结果表明:(1)由于桥梁所在河道存在一定的弯度,上下行船舶存在靠近弯曲半径较大的一侧航行的现象,上下行船舶航路交织;(2)若船舶未按规定的通航水域航行,则存在碰撞桥梁下部结构的风险;(3)实际过桥船舶其船舶撞击力超越桥墩抗撞能力的概率趋近于0,目标超越概率小于设防水准L1对应的失效概率0.0001。
Irregular safety assessment is the guarantee of normal service of bridge.In order to study the navigation safety risk and crashworthiness performance of a super large bridge,this paper studied the navigation safety risk and crashworthiness performance of the super large bridge based on the combination of finite element simulation,data investigation and actual investigation from the aspects of navigation safety risk assessment,crashworthiness performance verification and target exceedance probability of the actual ship collision navigation hole.The results show that the upstream and downstream ships tend to sail near the side with a larger bend radius,and the routes of the upstream and downstream ships are interwoven because there is a certain degree of bend in the river where the bridge is located.,There is a risk of collision with the bridge substructure if the ship does not sail in the prescribed navigable waters.The probability that the actual bridge crossing ship's ship impact force exceeds the piers'crashworthiness tends to O,and the target exceedance probability is less than O.0001 of the failure probability corresponding to the fortification level L1.
