The paper introduces the PDCA cycle management model and applies it in the digitization construction of special literature collections.It connects the links of formulating digitization objectives,implementing and executing plans,conducting results inspection and processing and improving,and forms a continuous cycle of quality improvement process.It helps libraries to explore a quality management model for the digitization construction of special literature collections to achieve the improvement and enhancement of the overall quality control level.
