废旧一次性医用口罩/SBS复合改性沥青基本性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步研究废旧一次性医用口罩(used disposable medical masks,UDMMs)改性沥青的路用性能,本文在已有的单掺UDMMs改性沥青的研究基础上,研究了UDMMs、SBS两种改性剂复掺对基质沥青性能的提升改变,通过测定改性沥青软化点、针入度、延度和60℃下的动力黏度试验,确定两种改性剂的最佳掺量。结果表明:1)UDMMs/SBS沥青改性剂最佳掺量为4%UDMMs+6%SBS;2)UDMMs改性剂将沥青的针入度降低了4.4%,提升了沥青的抗变形性能,UDMMs改性剂将沥青软化点提升了5.2%,提升了沥青的抗高温变形能力,UDMMs改性剂将沥青延度降低了8.8%,降低了沥青的低温抗裂能力;3)UDMMs/SBS改性沥青的60℃动力黏度平均增幅为55%,增加了沥青与集料之间的黏结力,提升了沥青路面的抗剥落性能;4)在沥青中的掺入UDMMs减少了垃圾的产生量与处理成本,同时提升了沥青的路用性能。 Inorder to further study the way-use performance of used disposable medical masks(UDMMs)modified asphalt,based on the existing research of single-doped UDMMs modified asphalt,the improvement of matrix asphalt performance is researched by adding the combination between UDMMs and SBS,and the optimal dosage of the two modifiers is determined by measuring the softening point,penetration,ductility and dynamic viscosity test at 60℃.The results show that:1)The optimum dosage of UDMMs/SBS asphalt modifier is 4%UDMMs+6%SBS;2)UDMMs modifier reduces the penetration of asphalt by 4.4%and improves the deformation resistance of asphalt.UDMMs modifier increases the softening point of asphalt by 5.2%and improves the high temperature deformation resistance of asphalt.UDMMs modifier reduces the ductility of asphalt by 8.8%and reduces the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt.3)The average increase of dynamic viscosity of UDMMs/SBS modified asphalt at 60℃ is 55%,which increases the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate and improves the anti-peeling performance of asphalt pavement;4)The addition of UDMMs in asphalt reduces the amount of garbage and the cost of treatment,and improves the wayuse performance of asphalt.
