城市消极空间的积极化设计——以天津市北辰区城市建成区为例

Positive design of urban negative space--Take the urban built-up area in beichen district of Tianjin as an example

由于城市规划的欠缺和建成区发展整体不协调等原因,在空间利用效率低下处不可避免地产生了大量零散的消极空间。本文以北辰区城市积极化设计方案为例,提出应对城市消极空间的更新与改良策略,分别从相关政策背景、设计实施、实际效果等层面进行分析探索,为城市更新改造提供新方法和新思路。

Due to the lack of urban planning and the overall uncoordinated development of built-up areas,a large number of scattered negative spaces are inevitably produced in the inefficient use of space.Taking the urban positive design scheme of Beichen district as an example,the renewal and improvement strategy is proposed to deal with the negative space of the city,analyzes and explores the relevant policy background,design and implementation,actual effect and provide new methods and ideas for urban renewal and transformation.
