管廊施工对邻近文物建筑的影响评估研究

摘要 管廊的施工过程不可避免地会对周围建筑造成影响。本文以故宫博物院基础设施维修改造工程为背景,通过从邻近文物建筑的沉降变形、施工过程造成的振动和景观环境3个方面研究管廊施工对邻近文物建筑的影响,并提出合理措施。结果表明:1)管廊施工引起的邻近文物建筑沉降变形较小;2)打桩、夯土作业等工序及车辆运输对邻近文物在施工期间的影响较大,应当采取一定的减振措施;3)采用暗挖工法在既有道路或绿地下施工,不会对文物保护区内景观环境造成负面影响。本文研究成果可为不可移动文物影响评估及古建筑保护与实践提供一定的借鉴。 During the construction of the pipe gallery,it is inevitable that the surrounding buildings will be affected.Based on the infrastructure maintenance and renovation project of the Palace Museum,the impact of pipe gallery construction on adjacent historical and cultural relics is researched from three aspects:settlement deformation of adjacent cultural relics,vibration caused by construction process and landscape environment,while reasonable measures are proposed.The results show that:1)The settlement and deformation of adjacent historical and cultural relics caused by pipe gallery construction are small;2)Piling,tamping and other processes and vehicle transportation have great influence on adjacent heritage during construction,and certain vibration reduction measures should be taken;3)Using underground excavation method to construct under existing roads or green spaces will not have a negative impact on the landscape environment in the heritage sanctuary.The research results can provide some reference for the impact assessment of immovable heritage and the protection and practice of ancient buildings.
