摘要
明确不同营养状态下桑螟雄蛾交配后的生理状态,为利用性信息素监测和防控桑螟提供更多基础支撑。在桑螟取食葡萄糖、水以及饥饿处理下,分别对交配后不同时间的雄蛾进行解剖,比较不同营养状态下桑螟雄蛾内生殖器特征。取食葡萄糖的桑螟雄蛾,交配后0 h、6 h,内含物状态一致;交配后12 h,PS5段、复射精管、储精囊和附腺内含物逐渐恢复,PS5段内含物等级高于交配后0 h和6 h,但差异不显著;交配后24 h,整个生殖器恢复至交配前状态。取食水的桑螟雄蛾,交配后6 h、12 h的PS5段内含物等级均显著高于交配后0 h,交配后24 h,内含物等级为4级,含量显著高于交配后0 h、6 h、12 h;复射精管、储精囊和附腺内含物逐渐增加,交配后24 h恢复至未交配前的状态。饥饿状态的雄蛾,交配后6 h,复射精管、储精囊和附腺基部内含物即可恢复至交配前状态,PS5段内含物等级为4级,但管壁内并未完全被白色内含物填满;交配后12 h,PS5段完全被白色内含物填满,整个生殖器完全恢复至交配前的状态。根据雄蛾内生殖器不同部位内含物含量可鉴别12 h内桑螟雄蛾不同营养下的交配状态,结合精巢体积,有助于判断田间性诱雄蛾的年龄和交配状态,并为评价性信息素的监测和防治效果提供一定的理论依据。
The objective of this study was to clarify the physiological state of male Glyphodes pyloalis Walker after mating under different nutritional conditions,and to provide support for its monitoring and control by using sex pheromone.Under the conditions of adult feeding on glucose,water,and starvation,the male moths at different time after mating were dissected,and the internal genital characteristics of males under different nutritional conditions were compared.The contents of the genitalia in the male moths fed on glucose were the same at 0 h and 6 h after mating.At 12 h after mating,the contents of the PS5 segment,ductus ejaculatorius duplex,vesiculae seminales and accessory gland gradually recovered,and the content of PS5 segment was higher than those at O h and 6 h after mating,but the difference was not significant.At 24 h after mating,the whole organs in the genitalia recovered to the state before mating.For male moths fed with water,the content level of the PS5 segment at 6 h and 12 h after mating was significantly higher than that at 0 h after mating.At 24 h after mating,the grade of contents was grade 4,and the content was significantly higher than that at O h,6 h and 12 h after mating.At 24 h after mating,the contents of ductus ejaculatorius duplex,vesiculae seminales and accessory glands increased gradually,and recovered to the state before mating.In starved male moths,at 6 h after mating,the contents of ductus ejaculatorius duplex,vesiculae seminales and base of accessory glands could recover to the state before mating.The content level of the Ps5 segment was grade 4,but the tube wall was not completely filled with white contents.At 12 h after mating,Ps5 was completely flled with white contents,and the entire genitalia was completely restored to the state before mating.According to the content in different parts of the male moth's internal genitalia,the mating status of male moths under different nutritional conditions within 12 h can be identified and evaluated.Combined with the spermary volume,it is helpful to judge the age and mating status of the induced male moth in the field,and provide a certain theoretical basis for evaluating the monitoring and control effect of sex pheromones.
