摘要
因人口老龄化及不健康生活方式等影响,中国心血管疾病患者逐年增加,对于心内科护理工作质量提出更高要求,心内科优质护理服务势在必行。该文从紧急突发状况、护理仪器设备和患者年龄特征3个方面分析心内科护理服务工作特点,着重从护理人员分工、患者人文关怀、优质护理培训、护理知识宣教4个方面对心内科优质护理服务方法展开阐述,结合临床一线实际开展效果进行归纳总结。同时对心内科优质护理服务应用效果进行研究。围绕职业稳定性、国外优质护理经验和“互联网+”护理3个方面对心内科优质护理服务的发展趋势进行展望。
Due to population aging,unhealthy life style and other influence,the number of patients with cardiovascular diseases in China is increasing year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of nursing work in cardiology department.High-quality nursing service in cardiology department is imperative.This paper described the characteristics of nursing service in cardiology department from three aspects:emergency situation,nursing instruments and equipment,and age characteristics of patients.It focused on the explanation of high-quality nursing service in cardiology department from four aspects:division of nursing staff,humanistic care for patients,high-quality nursing training,and nursing knowledge publicity and education,and summarized the actual implementation effect in clinical front-line.The application effect of high-quality nursing service in cardiology department was simultaneously investigated.Finally,the development trend of high-quality nursing service in cardiology department was prospected in three aspects:career stability,high-quality nursing experience abroad and“Internet+”nursing.
