生物反馈治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Biofeedback in Treatment of Senile Chronic Functional Constipation

目的:探讨生物反馈治疗老年慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月成都市第五人民医院收治的60例老年CFC患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法分为反馈组与参照组,各30例。参照组给予聚乙二醇4000散治疗,反馈组给予生物反馈疗法。比较两组生活质量评分、血清肠神经递质水平、临床症状评分、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康评分高于治疗前,且反馈组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、血管活性肠肽水平低于治疗前,且反馈组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹部、大便、直肠症状评分低于治疗前,且反馈组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。反馈组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:对老年CFC患者行生物反馈治疗,可调节肠神经递质,改善病情,提高生活质量,增强疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of biofeedback therapy in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation(CFC).Methods:Sixty elderly patients with CFC admitted to Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were included as research subjects.They were divided into the biofeedback group and control group,with 30 cases in each group,according to the double-blind method.The control group received macrogol 4000 powder.The biofeedback group received biofeedback therapy.Quality of life score,serum enteric neurotransmitter level,clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the biofeedback group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide,nitric oxide synthase and vasoactive intestinal peptide in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the biofeedback group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal,fecal and rectal symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the biofeedback group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in biofeedback group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy of elderly patients with CFC can regulate enteric neurotransmitters,alleviate disease conditions,improve the quality of life,and enhance curative effect.
