注射用阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎的效果研究

Efficacy of Azithromycin for Injection in Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的:探讨注射用阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月莒南县中医医院收治的1 000例明确诊断为肺炎的儿童作为研究对象,根据入院日期单双分为试验组与常规组,各500例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,试验组给予注射用阿奇霉素治疗,常规组给予红霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、临床症状消失时间。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组肺部啰音、喘息、咳嗽、发热消失时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:在儿童肺炎的临床治疗中应用注射用阿奇霉素,能够缩短病情恢复时间,疗效可靠,且能保证用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the effect of azithromycin for injection in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 1000 children with a confirmed diagnosis with pneumonia who were treated in Junan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned to trial group and routine group according to the date of admission(odd and even numbers),with 500 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The trial group was treated with azithromycin for injection and the routine group was treated with erythromycin.The clinical effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the routine group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.000).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The time for pulmonary rales,wheezing,cough and fever disappearance in the trial group was shorter than that in the routine group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application of azithromycin for injection in clinical treatment of children with pneumonia can shorten the recovery time of the disease conditions,have a reliable efficacy,and ensure the safety of medication.
