逍遥散联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction in Treatment of Insomnia Due to Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency

目的:探讨逍遥散联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠的效果。方法:选取2020年1月10日—2022年3月30日北京市朝阳区左家庄社区卫生服务中心收治的94例肝郁脾虚型失眠患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各47例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予逍遥散联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、症状缓解时间、心理状态。结果:治疗前,两组食欲不振、肠鸣矢气、腹痛即泻、泻后痛减证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组食欲不振、肠鸣矢气、腹痛即泻、泻后痛减证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。治疗组焦虑烦躁、心悸、精神疲乏缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠的效果显著,能够改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with modified Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 94 patients with insomnia due to liver depression and spleen deficiency who were admitted to Zuojiazhuang Community Health Service Center in Chaoyang District of Beijing were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoyao powder and modified Suanzaoren decoction on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome scores,treatment efficiency,symptom relief time,and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of loss of appetite,bowel sound,abdominal pain and diarrhea,and postdiarrheal pain reduction symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of loss of appetite,bowel sound,abdominal pain and diarrhea,and post-diarrheal pain reduction symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).The relief time for anxiety,irritability,palpitations and mental fatigue in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xiaoyao powder combined with modified Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression and spleen deficiency has significant effects,it can improve the clinical symptom and enhance the quality of life.
