活血疏肝中药口服配合针刺、脐灸在复发性流产患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Oral Traditional Chinese Drug for Promoting Blood Circulation and Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi with Acupuncture and Umbilical Moxibustion in Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients

目的:探讨活血疏肝中药口服配合针刺、脐灸在复发性流产(RSA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年2月成都市青白江区妇幼保健院收治的100例RSA患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予活血疏肝中药口服治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予针刺、脐灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、雌激素水平、子宫内膜容受性。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。治疗3个月经周期后,研究组雌二醇水平、孕酮水平、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流搏动指数均高于对照组,子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流阻力指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RSA患者采用活血疏肝中药口服配合针刺、脐灸的效果较好,可提高雌激素水平,改善子宫内膜容受性。

Objective:To explore the application effect of oral traditional Chinese drug for promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnated liver qi with acupuncture and umbilical moxibustion in the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:From January 2020 to February 2022,100 patients with RSA admitted to Chengdu Qingbaijiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment of traditional Chinese drug for promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnated liver qi,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and umbilical moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,estrogen level,and endometrial tolerance in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the levels of estradiol,progesterone,endometrial thickness and subendometrial spiral arterial pulsatility index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the subendometrial spiral arterial flow resistance index was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oral traditional Chinese drug for promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnated liver qi with acupuncture and umbilical moxibustion in the patients with RSA has good effects,it can increase estrogen levels and improve endometrial tolerance.
