特色护理联合柔性管理在肛肠科的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Characteristic Nursing Combined with Flexible Management in Anorectal Department

目的:探讨特色护理联合柔性管理在肛肠科的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年10月德阳市人民医院肛肠科收治的92例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理及管理,观察组给予肛肠科特色护理联合柔性管理。比较两组Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、护理质量评分、满意度。结果:干预后,观察组社会文化、生理、环境评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预后,观察组睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组病房管理、健康教育、沟通技能、操作技能、身体检查评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:肛肠科采用肛肠科特色护理联合柔性管理的效果显著,能提高护理质量与患者满意度,增加患者舒适感,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of characteristic nursing combined with flexible management in anorectal department.Methods:A total of 92 patients admitted to the Anorectal Department,Deyang People's Hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were assigned to control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and management and the observation group received characteristic nursing and flexible management of the anorectal department.Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),nursing quality score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the sociocultural,physiological and environmental scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After intervention,sleep efficiency,sleep time and daytime dysfunction scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.000).The scores of ward management,health education,communication skills,operation skills and physical examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The implementation of characteristic nursing combined with flexible management in anorectal department has remarkable effects,which can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction,increase patient comfort,and improve sleep quality.
