医护一体化护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care for Multiple Myeloma Patients

目的:探讨医护一体化护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月德阳市人民医院收治的38例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各19例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医护一体化护理。比较两组生活质量、干预效果、神经传导速度。结果:护理前,两组生理、躯体、心理、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生理、躯体、心理、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组腓总神经、胫神经传导速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P=0.036)。结论:多发性骨髓瘤患者实施医护一体化护理的效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,加快神经传导速度,促进康复。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care for patients with multiple myeloma.Methods:Thirty-eight patients with multiple myeloma admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order,with 19 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received integrated medical and nursing care.The quality of life,intervention effectiveness,and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in physiological,physical,psychological and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physiological,physical,psychological and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).Conclusion:The effect of integrated medical and nursing care for patients with multiple myeloma is remarkable,which can improve the quality of life of patients,accelerate nerve conduction velocity,and promote rehabilitation.
