人性化联合预见性护理模式应用于阴道分娩产后出血产妇中的效果

Effect of Humanized Combined Predictive Nursing Mode in Pregnant Women with Postpartum Hemorrhage After Vaginal Delivery

目的:探讨人性化联合预见性护理模式应用于阴道分娩产后出血产妇中的效果。方法:选取2018年12月—2019年10月湖北省宜昌当阳市人民医院产科收治的86例阴道分娩产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予人性化联合预见性护理。比较两组产后出血量、产后出血发生率、护理满意度。结果:研究组产后2、24 h出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。研究组产后出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001 5)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。结论:人性化联合预见性护理模式能够降低阴道分娩产妇产后出血量及产后出血发生率,提高产妇对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanized combined predictive nursing mode in the pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods:From December 2018 to October 2019,86 pregnant women with vaginal delivery admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Dangyang People's Hospital in Yichang City of Hubei Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given humanized combined predictive nursing.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of 2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0015).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).Conclusion:The humanized combined predictive nursing mode can reduce the amount and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women with nursing.
