以家庭为中心的护理模式在原发性肾病综合征患儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Family-Centered Care Mode in Children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:分析以家庭为中心的护理模式(FCC)在原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的82例PNS患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施FCC。比较两组儿童适应能力量表评分、少儿主观生活质量问卷评分、并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组认知功能因子、独立功能因子、社会/自制因子以及计算适应能力商数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。护理后,观察组生活环境、家庭生活、学校生活、同伴交往、焦虑体验、抑郁体验、躯体情感、自我认识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:FCC在PNS患儿中的应用效果显著,可提高患儿适应能力与生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of family-centered care(FCC)mode in children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods:From June 2020 to May 2022,82 children with PNS admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given FCC on the basis of the control group.The scores of the adaptive behavior scale,the scores of the inventory of subjective life quality and the occurrence of complications between two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of cognitive functional factor,independent functional factor,social/self-control factor and computational adaptability quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).After nursing,the scores of living environment,family life,school life,peer interaction,anxiety experience,depression experience,somatic emotion,and self-awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:The application effect of FCC in children with PNS is remarkable,which can improve the adaptability and quality of life of children and reduce the incidence of complications.
