边境铁路口岸物流与腹地经济协调发展研究——以新疆霍尔果斯铁路口岸为例

Analysis of the Interrelation between the Logistics of Frontier Railway Port and the Balanced Economic Development of Hinterland——A Case Study of Horgos Railway Port in Xinjiang

研究边境口岸物流与腹地经济的关联度和协调发展程度,有助于通过优势互补为二者制定合理的协调发展政策,为如何通过口岸物流合理发展带动腹地经济提供相关决策参考。文中基于2014-2020年新疆霍尔果斯铁路口岸物流指标和伊犁州经济指标,采用灰色关联度模型对二者的关联度和协调度进行计算。结果显示:霍尔果斯铁路口岸物流与伊犁州经济的关联度为中等关联水平,二者协调度处在中度协调区间,这表明二者存在着一定的互相促进的正相关关系但是还有很大的发展空间。最后,文中针对如何提高二者关联度和协调度提出了相应的建议。

Studying the correlation and coordinated development degree of frontier port logistics and hinterland s economy may help formulate rational coordinated development policies for both by complementary advantages,and provide decision references for driving hinterland economy through the rational development of port logistics.The paper selects the Horgos railway port logistics indicators and Ili prefecture s economic indicators from 2014 to 2020 and uses the gray relational model to empirically analyze the correlation and coordinated development degree of the two.The results showed that the correlation degree of them is placed in medium correlation and the coordinated development level is placed in the moderate interval,which revealed that the two are positively associated but still have a good prospect in future development.Finally,the study proposed some suggestions on how to improve the correlation and coordinated development degree.
