Research on Aviation Logistics Management and Operation Mode Development

航空物流随着电子商务的普及而快速发展,其物流货运需求逐步提升,而在此期间,航空物流管理及运营模式发生改变,衍生出不同的航空物流管理运营模式。基于此,文中首先阐述分析航空物流管理运营模式类型,并进一步展开对比分析,在明确航空物流管理运营模式类型特征的基础上,基于管理运营模式提出航空物流未来发展建议,旨在从管理运营模式角度入手,切实推动航空物流产业发展。

With the popularization of e-commerce,aviation logistics develops rapidly,and its demand for logistics and freight transport is gradually increasing.During this period,the aviation logistics management and operation mode has changed,with the derivative of different aviation logistics management and operation modes.Based on this,this paper first expounds the analysis of the types of aviation logistics management and operation modes,then further conducts a comparative analysis,and on the basis of clarifying the characteristics of aviation logistics management and operation mode,puts forward suggestions for future development of aviation logistics based on the management operation mode of aviation logistics so as to practically promote the development of aviation logistics industry starting from the perspective of management and operation mode.
