With the intensification of the trend of world economic integration,logistics enterprises have gained long-term development.At the same time,in order to seize the international market,the logistics enterprises adopt the transnational management strategy,and international operation has become the inevitable trend of enterprise development.Cost management is the work that all enterprises should pay attention to.To achieve the management objectives of enterprises,logistics enterprises should regard strengthening cost management as the basis.The article takes the cost management of logistics enterprises as the research object,and analyzes the problems and measures of cost management of logistics enterprises under the internationalized management strategy.
