枪钻加工镍基合金的仿真研究

摘要 针对镍基合金切削性能差以及切削温度高等问题,研究了不同钻削参数对GH4169高温镍基合金加工质量的影响规律。利用ABAQUS仿真软件对所建模型进行仿真,在给定不同钻削参数的情况下,分析工件和刀具的应力以及温度变化情况。研究表明,进给速度对等效应力峰值影响不大,等效应力峰值随主轴转速增大而减小;切削温度随着进给速度以及转速的升高而增大,进给速度对切削温度的影响程度大于主轴转速;利用较高转速和较小进给速度可以降低加工时的应力和温度。 Aiming at the problems of poor cutting performance and high cutting temperature of nickel-base alloy,the influence of different drilling parameters on machining quality of GH4169 high-temperature nickel-base alloy is studied.The ABAQUS simulation software is used to simulate the model,and the stress and temperature changes of workpiece and tool under different drilling parameters are analyzed.The results show that the feeding speed has little effect on the peak value of equivalent force,and the peak value of equivalent stress decreases with the increase of spindle speed.The cutting temperature increases with the increase of feed speed and rotation speed,and the influence of feed speed on cutting temperature is greater than that of spindle speed.The stress and temperature during machining can be reduced by using higher speed and smaller feed speed.
