摘要
桥塞分段压裂是非常规油气藏储层改造的主要开发手段,而复合材料桥塞是该工艺的核心井下工具,桥塞卡瓦的锚定性能是决定压裂作业成功与否的关键。为提高桥塞卡瓦的剪切强度,研制了高强度的玻璃纤维复合材料热压板材作为卡瓦的加工材料。为实现板材加工成品卡瓦的形状,确保产品的质量和性能,研制了合适的加工工装,将铣削加工转化为车削加工。并针对玻璃纤维复合材料特性优选了具有耐热耐磨涂层的加工刀具,通过正交试验对刀具的切削参数进行了优化,确定卡瓦加工时的旋转速度、进给量和切削深度等参数。
Staged fracturing with bridge plug is the main development method for unconventional reservoir reconstruction, and composite bridge plug is the core downhole tool in this process.Anchor performance of bridge plug slips is the key to determine the success of fracturing operation.In order to improve the shear strength of bridge plug slips, glass fiber composite hot-pressed sheet with high strength is developed as the processing material.In order to realize the shape of the finished slips and ensure the quality and performance of the products, suitable tooling is developed to transform milling into turning.According to the properties of glass fiber composite, the cutting tool with heat resistant and wear resistant coating is optimized, and its parameters are optimized through experiments.The cutting parameters of the cutting tool are optimized by orthogonal test, and the rotation speed, feed rate and cutting depth are determined.
