摘要 推动职业教育高质量发展,提高劳动者素质和技术技能水平是新形势下我国对职业教育提出的明确要求。“三全育人”教育理念顺应了人才培养的发展趋势,契合了高职院校思想政治教育工作的内在要求,体现了立德树人的基本规律。结合职业教育的特质,揭示“三全育人”教育理念的科学内涵、基础理论,探索高职院校实施“三全育人”的实践机制与策略路径,是新形势下推动高职院校思想政治教育创新发展,落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。 Promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and improving the quality of workers and the level of technical skills are the clear requirements for vocational education in China under the new situation. The educational concept of “Three All-round Education”conforms to the development trend of talent training, conforms to the inherent requirements of ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges, and embodies the basic law of moral education. Combined with the characteristics of vocational education, revealing the scientific connotation and basic theory of the “Three All-round Education” concept, and exploring the practical mechanism and strategic path of implementing “Three All-round Education” in higher vocational colleges are the inevitable choices for promoting the innovative development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the new situation and implementing the fundamental task of moral education.
