摘要
作为课程思政建设的主力军,高校教师尤其是专业教师课程思政能力的提升,对落实立德树人根本任务、完善课程与思政协同育人、推进师生共同发展具有重要意义。文章从专业价值观、专业目标、专业课程三个维度分析发现社会工作专业蕴含着丰富的课程思政元素。但该专业教师对此却存在着认知不清、素养积累不够、元素挖掘和融入不足等问题。结合原因分析,提出了从高校层面加强领导管理、提升保障支持、完善考核体系的对策建议。
As the main force of curriculum ideology and politics construction,the improvement of curriculum ideology and politics ability of university teachers,especially professional teachers,is of great significance to implementing the fundamental task of moral education,improving the collaborative education of curriculum and ideology and politics,and promoting the common development of teachers and students.From three dimensions including professional values,professional goals and professional courses,this paper finds that social work major contains rich elements of“curriculum ideology and politics”.However,the teachers in this major have problems such as unclear cognition,insufficient accomplishment accumulation,and insufficient element mining and integration.Combined with the reason analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the leadership management,enhance the guarantee support and improve the examination system at the university level.
