摘要
电磁频谱是按电磁波频率或波长分段排列的结构谱系。从电磁频谱的天然特性、社会特性和应用特性三个方面出发,比较系统完整地归纳出电磁频谱的各类基本特征属性,为更好地开发和利用电磁频谱提供基本的思维启发和参考借鉴。
Electromagnetic spectrum is the structured spectrum of electromagnetic waves arranged in segments by frequency or wavelength. The basic characteristics and attributes of the electromagnetic spectrum are summarized in three aspects: natural, social and application characteristics, which provides the basic inspiration and reference for better development and utilization of the electromagnetic spectrum.
