基于MMC平台的2型糖尿病患者用药依从性现状调查

Investigation on the status quo of medication compliance of type 2 diabetes patients based on MMC platform

目的调查标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC)平台新入组2型糖尿病患者的用药依从性现状,分析依从性的主要影响因素及其与血糖控制的关系,为药师参与MMC平台2型糖尿病患者用药管理提供参考。方法以Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评价昆明医科大学第二附属医院MMC平台2022年5—6月新入组2型糖尿病患者的用药依从性,并评估其影响因素和对糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))控制水平的影响。结果发放问卷195份,有效问卷192份,有效回收率98.5%。MMC平台新入组2型糖尿病患者用药不依从性率为49.5%,民族、吸烟、病程、用药种类、不良反应为用药依从性的独立影响因素(P<0.05);用药依从性评分与HbA 1c水平呈负相关(r=-0.184,P=0.010)。结论MMC平台新入组2型糖尿病患者用药依从性偏低,且与血糖控制不达标密切相关,药师应根据用药依从性的主要影响因素制定药学干预措施。

Objective To investigate the drug compliance status of newly enrolled type 2 diabetes patients on the metabolic management center(MMC)platform.To analyze the main influencing factors of patients′medication compliance and their relationship with blood glucose control,so as to provide references for pharmacists to participate in medication management of type 2 diabetes patients in MMC platform.Methods Morisky Medication Compliance Scale(MMAS-8)was used to evaluate the medication compliance of newly enrolled type 2 diabetes patients on the MMC platform of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from May to June 2022.At the same time,the influence factors of patients′medication compliance and the control level of HbA_(1c) were evaluated.Results 195 questionnaires were distributed and 192 were valid,with an effective recovery rate of 98.5%.The drug non-compliance rate of newly enrolled type 2 diabetes patients on the MMC platform was 49.5%,and nationality,smoking,course of disease,type of drug use,and adverse reactions were independent influencing factors for drug compliance(P<0.05).The score of medication compliance was negatively correlated with the level of HbA 1c(r=-0.184,P=0.010).Conclusion The drug compliance of newly enrolled type 2 diabetes patients on MMC platform is low,and is closely related to the failure of blood glucose control.Pharmacists should formulate pharmaceutical intervention measures according to the main influencing factors of patients′medication compliance.
