华东地区六省一市城镇高质量发展与生态环境耦合协调研究

Study on Coupling Coordination Between High Quality Urban Development and Ecological Environment in Six Provinces and One City in East China

随着我国进入高质量发展阶段,城市可持续发展的重要难题之一就是城镇化与生态环境保护的协调问题。以华东地区六省一市为研究区域,构建城镇化与生态环境耦合协调评价指标体系,对2010—2020年华东区域整体发展过程中城镇化发展水平与生态环境耦合协调度进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)华东地区城镇化与生态环境耦合基础较好,两大系统进入高水平耦合状态;(2)华东地区城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度提高,两大系统耦合协调关系正在向好发展;(3)各个省市城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展在空间上呈现由东向西递减状,但各省份之间的差距逐渐减少,区域内一体化趋势明显增强,协同效应明显。

As our country enters the stage of high-quality development,one of the important problems of urban sustainable development is the coordination between urbanization and ecological environment protection.Taking six provinces and one city in East China as the research area,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of coupling coordination between urbanization and eco-environment,and makes an empirical analysis of the coupling coordination degree between urbanization development level and eco-environment in the overall development process of East China from 2010 to 2020.The results show that:(1)the coupling foundation of urbanization and eco-environment in East China is good,and the two systems enter a high-level coupling state;(2)The coupling coordination degree between urbanization and eco-environment in East China is improved,and the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems is developing well;(3)The coupling and coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in various provinces and cities showed a decreasing trend from east to west in space,but the gap between provinces was gradually reduced,and the trend of regional integration was significantly enhanced with obvious synergistic effect.
