论高职院校混合所有制二级学院治理的理论基础——基于公司治理理论视角的探索性研究

Study on the Theoretical Basis of Secondary College Management of Mixed Ownership in Vocational Colleges ——Exploratory Research Based on the Perspective of Corporate Governance Theory

利用CiteSpace软件对“高职院校治理”主题进行文本挖掘及可视化分析,发现国内关于高职院校治理研究的主题主要集中在治理结构、内部治理、内部治理结构、治理能力、治理体系、现代大学制度等方面,但治理机制、治理理论及协同治理等主题研究力度不足,鲜有研究者论证高职院校混合所有制二级学院治理的理论基础。基于公司治理理论视角,探寻高职院校混合所有制二级学院治理的理论基础。在梳理各种治理理论的基础上,对作为高职院校混合所有制二级学院治理理论基础的适用性进行论证。通过论证发现,委托代理理论、代理成本理论、产权理论及利益相关者理论可以作为高职院校混合所有制二级学院治理的理论基础。

By using CiteSpace software,text mining and visual analysis of the theme of“governance in higher vocational colleges”are carried out.It is found that domestic research on governance in higher vocational colleges mainly focuses on governance structure,internal governance,internal governance structure,governance capability,governance system,modern university system and so on,but the governance mechanism and governance theory about collaborative governance,few researchers have demonstrated the theoretical basis of the governance of mixed-ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate governance theory,this paper tentatively explores the theoretical basis of the governance of mixed-ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges.Based on sorting out various theories,it demonstrates the applicability of each theory as the theoretical basis of the governance of mixed-ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges.Through demonstration,it is found that the principal-agent theory,agency cost theory,property rights theory and stakeholder theory can be used as the theoretical basis for the governance of mixed ownership secondary colleges in higher vocational colleges.
