2016-2019年上海外冈社区老年人群代谢综合征患病情况调查

Investigation of prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the elderly population in Waigang Community,Shanghai from 2016 to 2019

目的:了解2016-2019年上海市嘉定区外冈镇老年人代谢综合征的患病情况,为社区老年人代谢综合征的预防和干预提供参考依据。方法:收集2016-2019年上海外冈镇60岁以上老年人问卷调查、体格检查与实验室检测数据。2016-2019年纳入的老年人口数分别为8133人,8616人,9134人,9385人。结果:2016-2019年老年人群的代谢综合征患病率分别为17.84%、17.46%、18.09%、23.35%。超重/肥胖以及血脂异常老年人群的年龄均低于体质量指数和血脂正常老年人群,高血压老年人群的年龄高于血压正常老年人群,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2016-2018年,女性老年人的高血压、血脂异常、以及代谢综合征患病率均高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:上海市外冈镇老年人群代谢综合征患病率有升高的趋势,女性患病的风险高于男性。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)in the elderly population in Waigang Community of Jiading District,Shanghai from 2016 to 2019,so as to provide reference for the prevention and intervention of community metabolic syndrome in the elderly population.Methods:Data of questionnaires,physical examinations and laboratory tests conducted for the elderly population over 60 years old in Waigang Community From 2016 to 2019 were collected.The numbers of the elderly population collected from 2016 to 2019 were 8133,8616,9134 and 9385.Results:The prevalence rates of MS in the elderly population from 2016 to 2019 were 17.84%,17.46%,18.09%and 23.35%,respectively.The age of overweight/obesity and hyperlipidemia in the elderly population was significantly lower than that in the normal BMI and blood lipids elderly population,the age in the elderly population with hypertension was significantly higher than that in the normotensive population,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The prevalence rates of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and MS in the elderly female population were significantly higher than those in the elderly male population from 2016 to 2018,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of MS in the elderly population in Waigang Community of Shanghai tends to increase,and the risk of MS in the elderly female population is higher than that in the elderly male population.
