智能可穿戴设备在冠心病合并糖尿病居家运动康复的应用

摘要 目的:研究智能可穿戴设备在冠心病合并糖尿病居家运动康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取在上海凌云街道社区卫生服务中心2020年1月至2021年10月就诊的冠心病合并糖尿病患者89例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组(44例)与对照组(45例)。对照组中男性26例,女性19例,平均年龄(66.53±7.14)岁;干预组中男性25例,女性19例,平均年龄(65.11±7.78)岁。对对照组患者进行常规居家运动康复,对干预组患者在智能可穿戴设备监测下进行居家运动康复,比较两组患者的心功能、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平及康复依从性。结果:两组患者治疗后6 min步行试验距离均大于治疗前,且干预组的距离大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的糖化血红蛋白、血脂均低于治疗前;且干预组的糖化血红蛋白水平要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但血脂的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组患者康复执行的依从性要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展居家运动康复可改善冠心病合并糖尿病患者的心功能,控制其糖化血红蛋白水平。应用智能可穿戴设备可提高居家康复治疗的依从性。 Objective:To study the application effect of smart wearable devices in home exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 89 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes who visited the center from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an intervention group with 44 cases and a control group with 45 cases according to the random number table method.The control group had 26 male cases and 19 female cases,and the average age was(66.53±7.14)years;the intervention group had 25 male cases and 19 female cases,and the average age was(65.11±7.78)years.The control group underwent routine home exercise rehabilitation,while the intervention group underwent home exercise rehabilitation under the monitoring of smart wearable devices.The cardiac function,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid levels and rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The 6-min walking test distance in the two groups after treatment was greater than that before treatment,the distance in the intervention group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels of the two group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the glycated hemoglobin level in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the blood lipid(P>0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation implementation in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Home exercise rehabilitation for coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes can improve cardiac function,and control glycated hemoglobin level.Using smart wearable devices can improve compliance with home rehabilitation.
