传统南药巴戟天抗抑郁药理研究

A Overview of Antidepressant Pharmacological Research on Traditional Southern Medicine Morinda officinalis

目的综述传统南药巴戟天抗抑郁药理研究概况,为其抗抑郁新药开发研究提供参考。方法以“巴戟天”及“抑郁”等为关键词,在中国知网(CNKI)、维普网、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库查询论文及文献,进行整理归纳及评价。结果所获得文献在巴戟天抗抑郁基础药理研究及临床研究均有涉及。基础药理研究涉及体外试验及整体动物试验,药效评价及机制研究均有报道,临床研究主要为巴戟天寡糖胶囊的临床药效及耐受性与毒副反应评估,涉及单独给药及与经典化药的联用,选择的志愿者有一般的抑郁症患者及特定类型的抑郁症患者。结论巴戟天抗抑郁药效确切但作用物质基础及机制复杂,建议进一步加强物质基础,质量标准及作用机制等方面的研究。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the general situation of antidepressant pharmacological research of Morinda officinalis How,a traditional southern medicine,and provide reference for the development and research of new antidepressant drugs.METHODS Using"Morinda officinalis"and"depression"as the key words,relevant literatures published on CNKI,VIP,WANFANG,PubMed and other databases were searched.Research papers in these databases were summarized and evaluated.RESULTS From both the basic pharmacological researches and clinical researches of Morinda officinalis How.The basic pharmacological researches include and the efficacy evaluation and mechanism researches by in vitro test and in vivo test had been reported.The clinical researches mainly focused on the evaluation of clinical efficacy,tolerance and toxic side effects of Morinda officinalis oligose capsule involving single administration and in combination with classic drugs.The volunteers were selected from general patients with depression and specific types of patients with depression.CONCLUSION Morinda officinalis How can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of depressive disorder.However,its substance basis and mechanism are complex.Further researches on substance basis,quality standard and mechanism of action are recommended.
