摘要
目的本研究主要对制备的新型负载马桑叶提取物的静电纺丝膜进行性能评价,为该敷料的进一步开发研究奠定基础。方法采用静电纺丝技术制备了负载马桑叶提取物的PCL纳米纤维膜,观察了纳米纤维表面形貌和结构,并评价其抗菌性及其生物相容性。结果负载马桑提取物的纳米纤维复合膜的制备符合要求并显示良好的形貌;负载马桑提取物的PCL/马桑叶提取物纳米纤维膜对L929细胞无毒害作用。结论负载马桑叶提取物的PCL纳米纤维膜具有良好的抗菌性,可作为一种新型伤口敷料。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the performance of the prepared novel electrostatic spinning film loaded with horse mulberry leaf extract,and to lay the foundation for further development research of this dressing.METHODS PCL nanofiber membranes loaded with mulberry leaf extract were prepared by electrostatic spinning technique,and the surface morphology and structure of the nanofibers were observed,and their antibacterial properties and their biocompatibility were evaluated.RESULTS The nanofiber composite membranes loaded with mulberry extract were prepared in accordance with the requirements and showed good morphology.The PCL mulberry leaf extract nanofiber membranes loaded with mulberry extract had no toxic effect on L929 cells.CONCLUSION NThePCL nanofiber membrane loaded with mulberry leaf extract has good antibacterial properties and can be used as a novel wound dressing.
