目的评估肿瘤患者居家处理、储存和处置口服抗肿瘤药物(oral anticancer angents,OAAs)的实践情况。方法通过面对面交谈以及电话随访的方式,对接受OAAs治疗的成年患者进行问卷调研。结果共有433名患者接受调研,71%的患者会主动去了解药物的储存方法;81%的患者表示需要接受关于处理、储存和处置OAAs的用药指导;53%的患者接受的处理、储存和处置的用药指导来自于药师;大多数患者在用药过程中不会做自我防护-洗手(95%)和戴手套(100%);没有患者会将废弃、剩余以及损坏的OAAs返还给医疗机构。结论研究结果表明:患者居家处理、储存和处置OAAs的实践还存在着继发暴露、储存不当导致药物变质的风险,医疗机构需要对药师进行全面教育,制定相应指导原则,建立健全相关法规机制,以降低患者居家处理、储存和处置OAAs的风险。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the practice of home handling,storage and disposal of oral anticancer angents(OAAs)among cancer patients.METHODS Face-to-face interview and telephone follow-up were used to investigate adult patients who received OAAs.RESULTS SA total of 433 patients were interviewed,71%of patients took the initiative to know the storage methods of drugs.81%reported needing medication guidance on handling,storage and disposal of OAAs.53%received medication guidance of handling,storage and disposal from pharmacists.Most patients did not use self-protection during medication-washing hands(95%)or wearing gloves(100%).No patients returned discarded,residual or damaged OAAs to the healthcare structures.CONCLUSION The results of the study show that the practice of home handling,storage and disposal of patients with OAAs still has the risk of secondary exposure and improper storage leading to drug deterioration.Medical institutions need to conduct comprehensive education for pharmacists,formulate corresponding guiding principles,and establish and improve relevant regulatory scheme to reduce the risk of home handling,storage and disposal of patients with OAAs.
