宫颈癌术后同步放化疗患者自我管理现状及其影响因素的研究

A study on the current status of self-management and its influencing factors in patients undergoing simultaneous chemoradiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery

目的探讨宫颈癌术后同步放化疗患者自我管理现状及其与失志、生活质量的相关性。方法选取2022年1至4月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院204例宫颈癌术后同步放化疗患者作为研究对象,采用基线资料调查表、癌症患者自我管理测评量表、简化版失志量表中文版(DS-II)、癌症治疗功能评价系统量表(FACT-G)对其进行横断面调查。结果患者自我管理得分为(148.54±11.73)分。自我管理与失志呈负相关(r=-0.475,P<0.01),与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.375,P<0.01)。年龄、家庭住址、失志和生活质量是宫颈癌术后同步放化疗患者自我管理的主要影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的34.1%。结论宫颈癌术后同步放化疗患者自我管理处于中等水平,与失志、生活质量密切相关,医护人员应加强对其自我管理的动态评估,控制相关影响因素。

Objective To explore the current status of self-management in patients undergoing simultaneous chemoradiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery and its correlation with demoralization and quality of life.Methods 204 patients with simultaneous postoperative chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer in the Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to April 2022 were selected as the objects.The general information questionnaire,self-management assessment scale for cancer patients,simplified Chinese version of the demoralization scale(DS-II)and the functional assessment of cancer therapy generic scale(FACT-G)were used to conduct a cross-sectional investigation.Results Self-management scores were(148.54±11.73)score.Self-management was negatively correlated with demoralization(r=-0.475,P<0.01)and positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.375,P<0.01).Age,home address,demoralization and quality of life were the main influences on self-management in patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery(P<0.05),together explaining 34.1%of the total variance.Conclusions The self-management was at an intermediate level and closely related to demoralization and quality of life.Healthcare professionals should strengthen the dynamic assessment of their self-management and control the relevant influencing factors.
