间充质干细胞治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的研究进展

Research progress of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency

早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是现代女性不孕症发生的重要原因之一,其发病率近年不断上升,极大地影响了患者的生活质量并加重了其心理及社会经济负担。POI病因复杂,治疗棘手,目前尚无从根本上恢复卵巢功能的方法。间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有自我更新及多向分化潜能,可通过归巢作用或旁分泌等机制,促进卵巢功能的恢复,从而改善育龄期女性的生育能力,受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文就MSCs治疗POI的研究进展进行综述,为后续研究提供参考依据。

Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is one of the important causes of modern female infertility.Its incidence has been rising in recent years,which has greatly affected the quality of life of patients and increased their psychological and socio-economic burden.The etiology of POI is complex and the treatment is difficult.At present,there is no method to fundamentally restore ovarian function.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have the potential of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation.They can promote the recovery of ovarian function through homing or paracrine mechanisms,so as to improve the fertility of women of childbearing age,which has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.This article reviews the research progress of MSCs in the treatment of POI,and provides a reference for subsequent research.
