1 Introduction Natural products(NPs)historically serve as a valuable and productive source of bioactive compounds for drug development.The discovery of a range of alkaloids in the early1800s,including strychnine,morphine,etc.,heralded a new era of isolating plant-derived bioactive compounds in the field of NPs[1].
