小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的效果观察

Effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules on Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年5月收治的116例上呼吸道感染患儿,据治疗方法不同分为联合组和对照组各58例。对照组予小儿白贝止咳糖浆治疗,联合组联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,疗程均为7 d。比较2组临床疗效、症状体征康复指标、治疗前后中医证候积分和炎性指标、免疫功能指标,以及治疗期间不良反应。结果联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后2组中医证候评分低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。联合组体温恢复正常时间、鼻部症状缓解时间、咽红肿痛缓解时间、脘腹胀满缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于治疗前,中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)均高于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后联合组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组,NLR高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、CD4+/CD8+高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗期间2组均未出现不良反应。结论小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗能改善上呼吸道感染患儿鼻塞、咳嗽等症状体征,减轻炎症反应,增强疗效,提高体液与细胞免疫功能,具有一定的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules on upper respiratory tract infection(URTI)in children.Methods A total of 116 children with URTI admitted from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into combination group(n=58)and control group(n=58)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Xiaoer Baibei Zhike syrup,and the combination group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules for 7 d.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation indexes of symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,inflammatory indexes,immune function indexes and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and lower in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The time of body temperature returning to normal,and time to nasal symptom relief,relief of pharyngeal redness,swelling and pain,abdominal distension relief and cough relief in combination group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those before treatment,while neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)was higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin combination group were lower than those in control group,while NLR was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and CD4+/CD8+in combination group were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of children with URTI can improve nasal congestion,cough and other symptoms and signs,reduce inflammatory response,enhance efficacy,and improve humoral and cellular immune function,with certain safety.
