心理护理干预对面部整形美容手术患者心理状态及手术满意度的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on psychological state and surgical satisfaction in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery

目的探讨心理护理干预对面部整形美容手术患者心理状态及手术满意度的影响。方法本研究为随机对照试验。将2020年1月至2021年9月在广东省第二人民医院整形美容科进行面部整形美容手术的130例患者随机分为两组。对照组男23例,女42例,年龄为(32.8±8.7)岁,使用常规护理;观察组男23例,女42例,年龄为(31.7±9.2)岁,在常规护理的基础上增加心理护理干预。对比两组患者的心理状态、手术效果指标、护理满意度。行独立样本t检验及χ^(2)检验。结果观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(37.92±4.16)和(36.87±3.69)分,明显低于对照组的(45.49±4.25)和(44.95±3.83)分(均P<0.001)。观察组在手术效果、自我形象、自信心、生活质量等手术效果评分上均明显高于对照组(均P<0.001)。观察组护理满意率96.92%(63/65)明显高于对照组76.92%(50/65)(P=0.001)。结论心理护理干预对面部整形美容手术患者心理状态及手术效果有显著改善效果,并能提高患者对手术的满意度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological state and surgical satisfaction in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery.Methods It was a randomized controlled trial.A total of 130 patients undergoing facial plastic surgery in Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery,Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,there were 23 males and 42 females,aged(32.8±8.7)years.In the observation group,there were 23 males and 42 females,aged(31.7±9.2)years.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The psychological states,surgical effect indexes,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Independent sample t test andχ^(2)test were used.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were(37.92±4.16)and(36.87±3.69),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(45.49±4.25)and(44.95±3.83)](both P<0.001).The scores of surgical effect,self-image,self-confidence,and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.92%(63/65),which was higher than that of the control group[76.92%(50/65)](P=0.001).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state and surgical effect of facial plastic surgery patients,and improve their satisfaction of surgery,with positive clinical significance.
