摘要
建立了离子色谱法同时测定瓶(桶)装饮用水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的方法。选用Ionpac AS20阴离子分析柱,在线产生5~55 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,流速1.00 mL/min,柱温30℃,抑制器电流137 mA,进样体积500μL,电导检测器检测。应用该方法检测50份市售瓶(桶)装饮用水,结果表明,溴酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐在0.005~0.500 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,测定结果精密度高(RSD<1.0%);溴酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的方法检出限分别为1.5、1.0、1.5μg/L;定量限分别为5.0、3.3、5.0μg/L;回收率分别为87.0%~101.5%、93.4%~118.0%和90.9%~114.0%。50份瓶(桶)装饮用水中,溴酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐检出率分别为40.0%、66.0%、14.0%,均未超标。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于瓶(桶)装饮用水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的同时检测。
This paper established a method of ion chromatography for simultaneous determination of bromate,chlorate and perchlorate in bottled water.The anion column was Ionpac AS20.5-55 mmol/L KOH eluent was generated online,the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the electric current of suppressor was 137 mA,and the sample volume was 500μL.The sample was detected by a conductivity detector.The method was applied to detect 50 commercial bottles of drinking water.This method had good linear relation for bromate,chlorate and perchlorate in the range of 0.005-0.500 mg/L.The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9990,and the precision was high(RSD<1.0%).The detection limits of bromate,chlorate and perchlorate were 1.5μg/L,1.0μg/L and 1.5μg/L,respectively,the quantitative limits were 5.0μg/L,3.3μg/L and 5.0μg/L,respectively,and the recovery rate were 87.0%-101.5%,93.4%-118.0% and 90.9%-114.0%,respectively.The detection rates of bromate,chlorate and perchlorate in 50 bottles of drinking water were 40.0%,66.0% and 14.0%,respectively,none of which exceeded the standard.This method is rapid,simple,sensitive and is suitable for simultaneous detection of bromate,chlorate and perchlorate in bottled water.
