化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Huatanzhuyusanjie decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on immune function

目的观察化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2022年4月华润武钢总医院收治的100例晚期NSCLC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组接受同步放化疗综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用化痰逐瘀散结汤治疗。2组均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组近期疗效,治疗前及治疗2个疗程后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),不良反应。结果观察组客观缓解率为74.0%,高于对照组的46.0%(χ^(2)=8.167,P=0.004)。治疗2个疗程后,对照组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)较治疗前降低,观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)较治疗前升高,而观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的24.0%(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029)。结论化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗治疗晚期NSCLC的近期疗效确切,可提高机体免疫力,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of Huatanzhuyusanjie decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influence on immune function.Methods From April 2019 to April 2022,100 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected in CR&WISCO General Hospital.According to random number table methods,they were divided into the control group with 50 cases and the observation group with 50 cases.The control group was given GP chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Huatanzhuyusanjie decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment.Short-term efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))before and after 2 courses of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The RR of the observation group was 74.0%,which was higher than 46.0%of the control group(χ^(2)=8.167,P=0.004).After 2 courses of treatment,CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the control group were lower than those before treatment,CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the observation group were higher than those before treatment,and CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 8.0%,which was lower than 24.0%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029).Conclusion Huatanzhuyusanjie decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy have an exact effect for advanced NSCLC,it can improve immune function,and with high safety.
